KRS 367.383: Liability of loan broker's principal.

A principal of a loan broker shall be liable under KRS 367.385 and 367.387 to the same

extent as the loan broker himself for any actions on behalf of the loan broker, or the loan

broker's agents, or employees, which violate KRS 367.381.
