KRS 367.540: Statement of magazine subscription date.

All magazines excluding newspapers mailed into and received in Kentucky shall have

included on the label affixed to the magazine or its mailing wrapper the expiration date of

the subscriber's subscription written so as to be understandable to an average subscriber.
