KRS 367.765: Information to be furnished purchaser by seller.

Each owner who purchases a new mobile home shall be furnished by the dealer selling

the mobile home the address of the dealer, manufacturer and wholesaler, if any. In

addition, the name and address of the dealer, manufacturer, and the wholesaler shall be

affixed to the mobile home in a conspicuous place and shown to the owner by the dealer.
