KRS 367.809: Registration number -- Inclusion in advertising.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) The office, after ascertaining that the applicant has complied with KRS 367.805,

shall issue a registration number.

(2) It shall be unlawful for the registrant to fail to include the registration number in

any advertising.
