KRS 367.993: Penalty for violations of KRS 367.4774 and 367.381.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Any person who knowingly violates or causes to be violated any provision of KRS

367.4774 shall be guilty of a Class C felony.

(2) Any person who knowingly violates or causes to be violated any provision of KRS

367.381 shall be guilty of a Class C felony.
