KRS 369.120: Severability of provisions.

If any provision of KRS 369.101 to 369.120 or its application to any person or

circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications

of KRS 369.101 to 369.120 which can be given effect without the invalid provision o r

application, and to this end the provisions of KRS 369.101 to 369.120 are severable.
