KRS 371.140: Instrument to be definite and to bear execution date.

  1. KRS Chapter 371

No such instrument shall be valid or enforceable unless it is for a fixed and definite part

of the wages earned or to be earned during a period not exceeding ninety (90) days

immediately following the date of the instrument. Any such instrument bearing any other

date than that of its execution shall be void.
