KRS 372.990: Penalties.

Where this section sits in the code

Any person who violates any of the provisions of subsection (2) of KRS 372.140 shall

forfeit one thousand dollars ($1,000) to the defendant, and shall be liable to damages at

the suit of the party aggrieved.
