KRS 376.340: Lien of keeper of hotel, inn, boarding house or house of private

entertainment on personal property of guest for charges.

Any keeper of a hotel, inn, boarding house or house of private entertainment shall have a

lien on all baggage and other personal property owned and brought in by the person

receiving board, nursing, care or attention from the landlord, for the contract price of the

service received, or, if no contract price is set, for a reasonable price.
