KRS 379.150: Settlement or compromise by assignor with creditors to be filed in court --

Assignee discharged.

If the assignor settles or compromises with his creditors before the final discharge of the

assignee or settlement of the estate, the writing showing the settlement or compromise

shall be filed in the District Court and an order made discharging the assignee.
