KRS 38.300: Use and possession of military property.

Military property shall be used for authorized military purposes only. No officer or soldier

shall wear, use or have in his possession, except for authorized military purposes, or by

special permission of his commanding officer, any uniform or part thereof , or any other

article of military property belonging to the state or the United States.
