KRS 380.120: Waiver of debtor's rights void and unenforceable.

Any waiver by the debtor of rights or protections provided in this chapter is contrary to

public policy, is void and unenforceable, and will not relieve the debt adjuster of any

obligation placed upon the debt adjuster by this chapter.
