KRS 381.223: Application of KRS 381.218, 381.219, 381.221, 381.222, and 381.223.

To the extent they are not superseded by KRS 381.224, 381.225, and 381.226, and except

as provided in KRS 381.221, KRS 381.218, 381.219, 381.221, 381.222, and 381.223

shall apply only to inter vivos instruments and wills taking effect after July 1, 1960, and

to appointments made after July 1, 1960, including appointments by inter vivos

instrument or will under powers created before July 1, 1960.
