KRS 381.470: Proceedings to ascertain value of improvements.

At the request of either party, the court in which the judgment or decree of eviction is

rendered shall impanel a jury of twelve (12) discreet and impartial freeholders, not kin to

either party, to meet upon the premises recovered, on a day named in the summons.
