KRS 381.530: Copies of inquest -- Fees of sheriff.

The clerk shall make out two (2) copies of the inquest, and deliver one (1) to each party

on request. The party demanding the inquest shall pay to the sheriff, for his services, four

dollars ($4), which shall be taxed in the bill of costs against the adver se party, if the court

gives judgment for any amount against him.
