KRS 381.570: Growing crop.

The occupant shall be entitled to the crop growing on the land at the time of judgment of

eviction and order for possession. If any part of the land, at the time of eviction, has no

crop growing upon it, the court may order the possession of such part to b e delivered at

any time.
