KRS 381.9115: Supplemental general principles of law applicable to KRS 381.9101 to

381.9207.

Unless displaced by a particular provision of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207, the principles

of law and equity, including the law of corporations and unincorporated associatio ns, the

law of real property, and the law relative to capacity to contract, principal and agent,

eminent domain, estoppel, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake,

receivership, substantial performance, or other validating or invalidating cause , shall

supplement KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207.
