KRS 381.9121: Severability of invalid provision or application.

If any provision of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 or the application thereof to any person or

circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or

applications of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 that can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application, and to this end the provisions of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 are

severable.
