KRS 386.4434: Registered office and registered agent for foreign business trust.

Where this section sits in the code

Each foreign business trust authorized to transact business in this Commonwealth shall

continuously maintain in this Commonwealth a registered office and a registered agent

that comply with KRS 14A.4-010.
