KRS 386.502: Application of KRS 386.450 to 386.504 to trusts.

Where this section sits in the code

The provisions of KRS 386.450 to 386.504 shall apply to all trusts administered

under Kentucky law, except as otherwise specifically provided in the instrument

creating the trust, regardless of when created.
