KRS 386B.12-140: Jurisdiction over trust director.

(1) By accepting appointment as a trust director of a trust subject to the provisions of

KRS 386B.12-010 to 386B.12 -170, the director submits to personal jurisdiction of

the courts of this Commonwealth regarding any matter related to a power or duty of

the director.

(2) This section shall not preclude other methods of obtaining jurisdiction over a trust

director.
