KRS 387.855: Guardian or conservator may consider benefits of establishing a special

needs trust.

In developing and establishing a plan to preserve and protect a ward's assets pursuant to

this chapter, a guardian, conservator, or limited conservator may consider the benefits to

the ward of establishing a special needs trust for the ward.
