KRS 393A.030: Administrative regulations.

The administrator may promulgate administrative regulations under KRS Chapter 13A to

implement and administer this chapter. In promulgating the administrative regulations,

the administrator shall use the most cost -effective methods available for the submis sion

of reports to the administrator and the notice and advertisement of property transferred to

the administrator.
