KRS 394.702: Applicability and principles of electronic wills.

An electronic will is a will for all purposes of the law of this Commonwealth. The law of

this Commonwealth applicable to wills and principles of equity apply to an electronic

will, except as modified by KRS 394.700 to 394.715.
