If all the persons nominated as executors are under the age of eighteen (18) at the time of
probating the will, or those who are of age fail to qualify, administration with the will
annexed may be granted during minority. If a testator, by his or her will, so directs,
however, then the infant executor may qualify and, if required by the court, give surety
bond as an adult.
