KRS 395.290: Extent of liability of representative.

No failure to plead or make defense and no plea or answer made by a personal

representative shall render him liable for more than the amount of assets that come to his

hands to be administered, but the judgment of the court shall render him liable only for

the amount of assets in his hands unadministered.
