KRS 395.440: Appeal from order appointing curator.

(1) An appeal from an order appointing a curator to collect and preserve the estate of an

absent person may be taken as in the case of an administrator.

(2) An appeal from any order appointing a curator under KRS 395.410 shall not

suspend the powers of the curator.
