KRS 395.630: Exceptions -- Confirmation of settlement -- Recording -- Effect as

evidence.

(1) At the settlement hearing, if no exceptions are filed, the settlement, if made

according to law, shall be approved.

(2) If exceptions are filed, other evidence m ay be heard, and the court shall upon the

whole case, reject, confirm, alter, or amend the settlement.

(3) Any evidence given in court must be electronically recorded and filed in the court

record.

(4) Settlements confirmed and filed in the court record sh all be prima facie evidence

between the interested parties.
