KRS 39A.364: Application and construction of KRS 39A.350 to 39A.366 -- Need to

promote uniformity of laws among enacting states.

In applying and construing this uniform act, consideration shall be given to the need to

promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
