KRS 39B.110: Taking of property or rights guaranteed by KRS 237.102 or 237.104 not

authorized -- Rights of relocated persons unaffected.

(1) Nothing in KRS 39B.070 or any other provision of this chapter shall authorize a

taking of property or the taking of any act ion which is in violation of KRS 237.102

or 237.104.

(2) If a person is relocated to temporary housing before, during, or after a disaster or

emergency, he or she shall still possess the rights guaranteed by KRS 237.102 and

237.104.
