KRS 39E.070: SARA Title III programs account.

(1) The "SARA Title III Programs Account" is hereby established as a trust and agency

account in the State Treasury for the purpose of assisting in the administration and

operation of programs authorized by this chapter.

(2) Funds from civil and other penalties, donations, and sources other than fees shall be

placed in the account. The account shall not lapse.
