KRS 39E.130: Naming of facility representatives -- Liaison duties.

Owners or operators of facilities covered under KRS 39E.120 shall identify, within thirty

(30) days of notifying the commission that the facility is subject to this chapter, the name

of a facility representative who will work with the local committee in th e development of

emergency plans, and that person shall provide information necessary to the development

of those plans.
