KRS 40.230: Construction of chapter -- Administrator's power to make regulations.

This chapter shall be given a liberal construction in the interpretation thereof. The

administrator shall have power to make rules and regulations for implementing this

chapter; and when promulgated according to KRS Chapter 13A, the same shall have the

force and effect of law.
