KRS 403.033: Advisory committee appointment -- Functions -- Recommendations.

  1. KRS Chapter 403

The judge of any Circuit Court may appoint an advisory committee to counsel with

litigants in divorce actions. The committee shall serve without salary or expenses. The

court may request the parties involved in these proceedings to appear before the said

committee at a designated time and place. The committee may make recommendation to

the court as to their conclusions from said counseling. These recommendations are not

binding on the court.
