KRS 403.872: Role of peace officers.

At the request of a county attorney or other appropriate public official acting under KRS

403.870, a peace officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child

or a party and assist a county attorney or other appropriate public officia l with

responsibilities under KRS 403.870.
