KRS 406.061: Jury trial in paternity action.

To the extent necessary to conform to federal law, 42 U.S.C. sec. 666(a)(5)(l), except to

the extent that it is required under Section 7 of the Constitution of Kentucky, no party

shall be entitled to a trial by a jury in a paternity action.
