KRS 407.5102: State tribunals and support enforcement agency.

Where this section sits in the code

The Circuit Court, District Court, family courts, and the Office of the Attorney General

shall be the tribunals of this state. The Office of the Attorney General shall be the support

enforcement agency of this state.
