KRS 41.310: Treasurer to furnish information regarding receipts and expenditures to the

Finance and Administration Cabinet on a monthly basis.

The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall furnish the Treasurer with information

regarding the status of each receipt and expenditure account. At the end of each month,

the Treasurer shall furnish the Finance and Administration Cabinet with information

regarding the accumulated receipts and a listing of all warrants unpaid as of the end of the

last day of each month.
