KRS 411.020: Battery with certain weapons -- Punitive damages.

Any person struck by another with any of the weapons popularly known as colts, brass

knuckles, slung shots or sandbags, or any imitation or substitute therefor, may recover for

the injury done. The jury may also award punitive damages.
