KRS 416.340: Water associations may condemn property.

Any water association supplying water to no less than 100 customers, which has been

formed under the provisions of KRS Chapter 273, may exercise the power of eminent

domain in accordance with the provisions of the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky.
