KRS 42.360: Rules and regulations for implementation of KRS 42.350 and 42.355.

The commissioner of the Department for Local Government shall promulgate rules and

regulations governing submission and approval of proposed capital projects, the

expenditure of mo neys from the fund, and the designation of beneficiary agencies

involved in capital projects as shall be appropriate to the implementation of KRS 42.350

and 42.355.
