KRS 42.4595: Authority for administrative regulations.

The Department for Local Government may promulgate administrative regulations to implement the provisions of KRS 42.4582, 42.4585, 42.4592, and KRS 42.4588 as it relates to KRS 42.4592(1)(a) and (b). The Cabinet for Economic Development or the Kentucky Eco nomic Development Finance Authority may promulgate administrative regulations to implement the provisions of KRS 42.4588 as it relates to KRS 42.4592(1)(c).
