KRS 42.490: Transfer of fund balances of county.

All unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under KRS 42.300,

and all unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under KRS

42.330, and all unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under

KRS 177.970, shall be transferred to that county's account established to implement the

provisions of KRS 42.450 to 42.495. Funds transferred may be used for those purposes

authorized by KRS 42.450 to 42.495.
