KRS 42.505: Authority of State Investment Commission.

Subject to the limitations of KRS Chapters 41 and 42 the State Investment Commission is

authorized to make purchases, sales, exchanges, investments, and reinvestments, of any

of the securities and investments in which any of the state funds shall have been invested,

as well as the proceeds of said investments and any money belonging to said funds.
