KRS 42.530: Quarterly reports of commission.

The State Investment Commission shall render quarterly written reports concerning the

performance of each investment to the Legislative Research Commission. The reports

may contain recommendations of the commission for legislative or other action to

effectuate the purposes and policies of this chapter.
