KRS 422.990: Penalties.

Where this section sits in the code

Any person who violates KRS 422.110 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars

($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned for not less than ten (10)

nor more than sixty (60) days, or both.
