KRS 424.215: Advertising by public agencies -- Rates charged.

Notwithstanding KRS 65.070, 83A.060, 91A.040, 160.463, 424.180, 424.190, 424.220,

424.230, 424.250, 424.260, 424.270, 424.330, any public agency required to advertise or

publish notices or documents in a newspaper shall be charged the lowest rate generally

charged for advertising by the newspaper.
