KRS 426.250: Conveyance to purchaser by sheriff.

The sheriff who sells land under execution or his deputy or successor shall, on demand,

convey the title sold to the purchaser or his assignee, heirs or devisees, if the land is not

redeemed and the redemption period has expired.
