KRS 426.420: Choses in action -- Petition for discovery -- Sale.

Where choses in action are brought into court by virtue of a petition for discovery of

assets instituted against an insolvent debtor, the court may order their sale upon the same

terms as are prescribed for the sale of other personal property. The court sh all make all

needful orders for the transfer of title to the purchaser.
