KRS 426.480: Agreement to waive right to replevy.

An agreement to waive the right to replevy, or any other legal agreement in relation to any

judgment, if entered on the record among the orders of court, shall be specifically

enforced. The proper endorsement shall be made on the execution by the clerk or judge.
